Buckley’s Plant Maintenance P/L was first established in September 1990 by Ian Buckley, company owner and manager.

Ian started with a small old truck and 20 years of Caterpillar dealership experience.

The company soon grew to include Ian’s sons, Taylor who started with Ian in 1996 as an apprentice Plant Mechanic and Craig in 2004 as Business Manager.

Today, BPM employs 13 plant mechanics, 3 apprentices, 4 auto electricians and 2 boiler makers, working on equipment in the Illawarra and around the state of NSW and the ACT.

BPM has developed over time, an excellent relationship with hundreds of suppliers so that we can get you what you need at the right price and fast.

BPM is dedicated to providing a reliable and cost effective service that unlike dealers, covers all makes and models in one easy location.

BPM is dedicated to safety in the work place on both your site and ours.

BPM is dedicated to caring for and protecting the environment. We employ many enviro safe procedures such as waste oil, filter, paper & card board and steel recycling. We also have our oils delivered in bulk to avoid plastic and steel drum waste. Our entire workshop including the wash bay is fed from our huge underground water holding tanks, taking the pressure off the town water supply.

BPM offers all its customers waste oil disposal as part of our service. Oil is collected and used to make artificial fuels and petrol products.
